Change Password feature lets you change your Login and Transaction Passwords.

How to change my Login and Transaction Passwords ?
To change your Login and Transaction Passwords, follow the steps given below:

  1. To begin with, enter you existing Login password in Old Password text box (given under Login Password section).

  2. Next, enter the new Login password in New Password text box.

  3. Next, enter the new Login password again in Confirm Password text box.

  4. Next, enter you existing Transaction password in Old Password text box (given under Change Transaction Password section).

  5. Next, enter the new Transaction password in New Password text box.

  6. Next, enter the new Transaction password again in Confirm Password text box.

  7. Now, click on 'OK' button to change your passwords. Note! Kindly read the Password Guidelines given on the window before changing your password.

  8. A message "Passwords Changed Successfully" will be displayed on successful change of your Login and Transaction passwords.

Note!
1. Clients who have received the Security Token will not be asked to change the Transaction Password.

2. Please remember that the passwords expire automatically after every 90 days. This is being done to secure your account from any unauthorized access. Thus, you are advised to update your passwords every fortnightly for safer and secure trading.
