Intra-Settlement Report


Intra-Settlement Report displays a scrip-wise summary of your trading activities for the current settlement. It includes all the trades and outstanding orders placed by you in Capital Market during the current settlement.

Intra-Settlement Report Details
The details displayed in Intra-Settlement report are:

  1. Scrip - It displays the scrip name.

  2. Margin Utilized - It displays the margin utilized by you while trading in the corresponding scrip during the current settlement.

  3. Exchange - It displays the exchange name where the corresponding scrip was traded.

  4. Trades Position (Buy) - This field displays you the consolidated details about total purchases that you have done in the corresponding scrip. It includes Buy Amount, Total Buy Quantity and Average Price at which the scrip is purchased.

  5. Trades Position (Sell) - This field displays you the consolidated details about total sales that you have done in the corresponding scrip. It includes Sell Amount, Total Sell Quantity and Average Price at which the scrip is sold.

  6. Outstanding Orders (Buy) - This field displays you the Total outstanding orders (BUY) that you have placed in the corresponding scrip. It includes Buy Amount and Total Buy Quantity.

  7. Outstanding Orders (Sell) - This field displays you the Total outstanding orders (SELL) that you have placed in the corresponding scrip. It includes Sell Amount and Total Sell Quantity.

How to Cancel an Order ?
To cancel an order, follow the steps given below:

  1. Click on 'Cancel’ button to cancel all outstanding orders placed for the corresponding scrip.

  2. If your password is correct, PIB will display you the order details. Click on 'Ok' button to proceed with the order cancellation.

How to filter records ?
For your better understanding of Intra-Settlement Report, PIB allows you to filter the records. In line with, it provides you with related options on the top-left area of the window. These are:

  1. On the basis of Exchange – By default, PIB displays you Intra-Settlement Report for both the exchanges. In case, you would like to view the report for a particular exchange, choose it from the drop-down box given and click on 'Go' button.

Add-on Features

  1. Print - You can take a print out of Intra-Settlement Report by clicking on ‘Print’ button.

  2. Export -  You can download the given details in your PC by clicking on ‘Export’ button. These details will be downloaded in CSV format.

  3. Synch - You can click on ‘Synch’ button to synchronize /update Intra-Settlement Report.
