Modify /Delete Order


What is an Outstanding Order ?
Outstanding Orders implies to those orders that are placed in the market but are yet to be traded. These orders can be modified or deleted before they get actually traded in the market.

About Modify/Delete Order
Modify/Delete Order feature lets you modify or delete your outstanding orders (in Capital Market). PIB displays you the following window when you click on this option in CAP Trading Menu:

Outstanding Orders Details
PIB displays you a list of outstanding orders along with some related details. These details include:

  1. Exch - It displays the exchange name on which the order was placed.

  2. Scrip - It displays the scrip name.

  3. Exch Order No - It displays the order number generated by the exchange against the corresponding order.

  4. Ref No - It displays order's reference number. To know more about reference number, click here…

  5. Entered By - This field indicates who has placed the corresponding order.

  6. Buy /Sell - It displays whether it was a Buy Order or a Sell Order.

  7. Order Price - It displays the price at which the corresponding order was placed.

  8. Original Qty - It displays the quantity given by you while placing the order.

  9. Disclosed Qty - It displays the disclosed quantity that user had entered while placing the order.

  10. Remaining Qty - It displays the remaining quantity that is yet to be traded.

  11. Exch Ord Time - It displays exchange's date and time when the corresponding order was placed.

  12. Stop Loss - It displays the trigger price or stop loss price that you had given while placing the corresponding order.

  13. Good Till - It displays whether the order was a Good-till-day or an Immediate or Cancel (IOC) Order.

  14. Prot % / On Price - Note! It is only applicable in BSE traded scrips. It displays the protection percentage (%) that you had set while placing the order.

  15. Modify Action - You can click on MOD link to modify the corresponding order. Once you click this button, PIB displays you the order details in Buy form where you can modify the order details and press ‘Enter’ key on your keyboard to change the order details.

  16. Delete Action - You can click on DEL link to delete the corresponding order.

Add-on Features

  1. Print - You can take a print out of the Outstanding Order Table by clicking on ‘Print’ button.

  2. Export -  You can download the given order details in your PC by clicking on ‘Export’ button. These details will be downloaded in csv format.

  3. Synch - You can click on ‘Synch’ button to synchronize /update the given table.
