Message Log (Equity)


Message Log feature displays you the log about the messages in Equity and Currency segment.

How to search a message?

You can use the following options to search message:

  1. Client ID - Your client id will be displayed in this field.

  2. Segment- You can search messages on the basis of segment. Select the segment under which you wish to view messages. Options available to you are - Equity, Currency, Market Watch Alerts and Admin Alerts.

  3. Message Type - You can search messages on the basis of type. Here, you are provided with different message types like - Trade Confirmed, Order Confirmed, Order Rejected and Exchange Messages.

  4. Exchange- You can search messages on the basis of exchange. Select the exchange under which you wish to view messages. Options available to you are - NSE, BSE, NSE FO and BSE FO.

  5. Date - You can search messages on basis of Date. Enter the date for which you wish to view message. Date has to be entered in dd/mm/yyyy format.

  6. Message status - You can search messages on the basis of status of the messages, i.e. message is read or unread. In case you wish to view all status messages, select 'ALL' option.

Message Log Search Results

Basis on your search criteria, PIB displays you messages in the following format:

  1. Subject - This field displays the sumarized messages as per the search filters selected. On clicking the message, you can view complete details of the selected message.

  2. Date- This field displays the date and time of the selected message.

Add-on Features

  1. Sync- You can view messages by clicking on 'Sync' button based on values selected in filters.

  2. Export -  You can download the message details in your PC by clicking on ‘Export’ button. These details will be downloaded in csv format.
