Corporate Action Report provides information on various Corporate Actions taken by companies during the year that could affect their investors. It includes Book Closure Date, No Delivery Date, Record Date and Ex-Date of the particular corporate.
How to view Corporate Actions between Two Dates?
To view corporate actions between two desired dates, follow the steps given below:

To begin with, select the Corporate Action that you would like to view. The options available are No-Delivery Date, Record Date, Book Closure Date and Ex-Date.

Next, enter the start date in From Date text box.

Next, enter the end date in To Date text box.

Click on 'Search' button to search for the desired corporate action. On clicking, the system displays you the list of corporate actions held / due to held between two given dates. Note! You can read more about search results in Corporate Action Details section discussed below.
Corporate Action Details
Once you click on 'Search' button, the system displays you a list of scrips along with the related details. These details include:
- Exchange Symbol - It displays you the exchange symbol of the scrip. You can click on the exchange symbol to view the scrip information.
- Scrip Code - It displays the unique exchange code of the given scrip.
- No Delivery Start Date - It displays the start date of No-Delivery Period. In No-Delivery Period, all the trades done on the scrip remains pending till it gets end.
- No Delivery End Date - It displays the end date of No-Delivery Period. In No-Delivery Period, all the trades done on the scrip remains pending till it gets end.
- Book Closure Start Date - It displays the start date of Book Closure Period. Book Closure is the period during which the corporate looks at its books to provide corporate action benefit to its shareholders.
- Book Closure End Date - It displays the end date of Book Closure Period. Book Closure is the period during which the corporate looks at its books to provide corporate action benefit to its shareholders.
- Ex Date - It displays the ex-date of the given scrip. Ex Date is the cut off date till which the benefits of Corporate Action will be given to scrip holders. Anyone purchasing the scrip after the ex-date won't get the benefit of Corporate Action.
- Record Date - It displays the record date of the given scrip. Record Date is the date on which the corporate looks at its records to provide benefits to its share-holders.
- Purpose - It displays the purpose / remarks related to the given scrip.
Add-on Details
- Announcements - To view latest announcements related to the particular scrip, first select it and then click on Announcements link. The details will be displayed in a new browser window.
- Board Meetings - To get information on Board Meetings related to the particular scrip, first select it and then click on Board Meetings link. The details will be displayed in a new browser window.
- Shareholding Pattern - To get information on Shareholding Pattern related to the particular scrip, first select it and then click on Shareholding Pattern link. The details will be displayed in a new browser window.
- Company Address - To get information on company's registered address and other related details, first select it and then click on Company Address link. The details will be shown in a new browser window.
- Financial Results - To view latest financial results of the particular scrip, select it and then click on Financial Results link. The details will be shown in a new browser window.
- Select Exchange - You can switch between exchanges by clicking on their respective links.
