Insert Row Currency


Insert Row Currency option allows you to add currency underlying and their derivative contracts in your Market Watch. PIB displays you the following window when you select this option:

PIB provides you two ways to add desired contracts in your Market Watch.

I Select & Add
One easy way is to select the contracts that you wish to add (Press Ctrl button in case of multiple selections) and click on 'OK' button to add them in your Market Watch.

II Search & Add
Second ways is to search the desired contract first by filtering the list and then add them in your Market Watch. The steps for this procedure are as follows:

  1. Type - you can select the type of entity you wish to add. To add an underlying, select 'SPOT' option. To add the futures contract, select 'FUTCUR' option from the drop-down. To add option contract, select 'OPTCUR' option.

  2. Symbol - Next, you can choose the scrip's symbol from Symbol drop-down box to view related contracts.

  3. Expiry - Next, you can choose the expiry date. This field shows expiry dates of selected symbol.

  4. Option - Next, you can select the options type i.e., whether you like to add contracts with 'Call' options or those with 'Put' option. Note! This option is only applicable with Options based contracts.
Once records are displayed, you can select the desired ones (Press Ctrl button in case of multiple selections) and click on 'OK' button to add them in your Market Watch. Note! PIB displays the records on the basis of your set criteria.
Add-on Features
  1. OK - You can click this button to add selected contracts in market watch.
  2. Cancel - You can click this button to close down the window.
  3. Select All - You can click this button to select all the contracts displayed on the screen.
  4. Reset Search - You can click this button to reset all fields to their default values.
